There are about six people we can think of right now who we know that suffer from depression. It is certainly something not to be taken lightly. It is a problem that causes one to withdraw from others and be alone. Some become so incapacitated that that they no longer can function on their job, thereby losing their means of lively hood. Some even become so deeply depressed they become suicidal.

Within the next twenty years the World Health Organization (WHO) predicts that depression will become the number one health issue. This effects about 120 million people.

We know it has a debilitating effect from our own experience with it.

But, the good news is that there is a great supplement that we can take and that is folate. Most of us know it as folic acid, which is the B vitamin known as B9. Research says these vitamins can help. A lot of us have been taking folic acid supplement for our cardiovascular system. A Japanese study reveals that men taking folate and had high levels were less likely to experience depression. Other studies also, showed that those with low levels of folate and folic acid were unquestionably linked to episodes of depression.

We can take positive steps to prevent depression. We can eat foods like green leafy vegetables, lentils and even chick peas. I am sure there are more foods we can incorporate into our diet which would be beneficial. You can check out the glycemic foods which have folate and folic acid in them.

Not only will we decrease episodes of depression but increase our healthy cardio vascular system. Most medical doctors recommend taking folic acid, B12, and B6.

We increase our health in more ways than one. Natural supplements do not hurt anyone.

If you are working to generate new or more opt-ins to build your email date base, then you need to know; there are numerous ways, processes and also, numerous methods to generate traffic to your site.

My health situation prevented me from working on my websites for a number of years. Since I was so in-active, I failed to keep up my e-mails, and consequently even though I have them on my hard drive I do not use them due to the fact that I don’t want to seem to spam people. So, I am working to create a new opt in list.

Over the years I have acquired much material, which I have been studying in order to create a new opt in list. It does not appear to be an easy job. However, do not be discouraged. It can be done. All that is needed is to persist until your opt-in list is created a-new. You can do this, too.

I will use the numerous ways, the numerous processes, and the different methods that I have available to use.

One of the ways to use is to write articles and submit them to e-zines, to other or your own  blogs and the other sites that are available that will accept articles.

I’ve tried the PPC way of doing it and it did not seem feasible for my situation.

When writing articles it is my opinion that they should relate to your website. The content should be relevant, good and full of information that people are searching for online. You should be aware that your article has good keyword placement. By good keyword placement, I mean your title should have your main keywords in it.

People are searching online and type in certain keywords that they feel are relevant to their online needs and website solutions. Your keywords should come up. This is where your research comes in handy. Your research should include keywords that people are typing in the search box on search engines.

A good search engine optimized content site will increase a higher ranking for your web pages. This is one place you should use a lot of concentration to be sure that your keywords are strategically placed on your site. This is one of the areas where you will begin to acquire visitors to your site. In other words, this is where you will acquire new opt-ins.

I’ve probably mentioned this frequently, but you must have a squeeze page with good content, and an excellent free bonus, also opt in form. I must mention just you also need an auto responder account to handle your opt-ins, plus your follow up e-mails.

I have mentioned the different ways to generate traffic with processes and methods.

I will summarize this by saying or by repeating that;

o   You need a good keyword rich headline.

o   You need to write excellent content articles and post them to e-zines, blogs and also post them on your site.

o   Your keyword research should include the best keywords to attract visitors.

o   Your squeeze page should be ready for opt in subscribers.

o   Your resource box should be added at the end of each article. That is very important; it should have a relevant, eye-catching link. This is where they will click and go to your squeeze page to become a new subscriber to your opt in list.
